Play Time!!!

We went to a Birthday Party this weekend at Monkey's Treehouse. It is the best place for lil tots to play. They have several different play areas. One is a Giant tree house with several little houses to play in.

This is one of the doors leading into the bottom of the treehouse. 

 

This is a small ball pit area which also has foam squares and tunnels the kids can play on or in.

They have this area of blue shavings that is suppose to pose as a sand box but not with the mess of sand!!!

 

They also have puppet shows. This area has a dress up stage and a small grocery store with a kitchen and stove.  Every thing in the play place is safe for children to play with. I loved the fact the kids could play and there were no worries about what the children would find to get into. 

It is located in the Hwy 100 area, but was so worth the drive!!

I am posting this blog to introduce myself as a Premier Jeweler. I signed my contract with them on Monday February 15th 2010. I am super excited to get my business up and going. Also so I can continue to stay home with my babies.

My Step Mom Melissa Dixon is the one who got me interested in working for them. She has been asking me to host a show for three years now... well persistence paid off. I hosted a show on February 11th when Melissa put the buzz in my ear about making some extra money. I prayed about it all night long (and I mean all night). My husband asked me what is the main worry of mine? I told him that 1. I would not do good at it or, 2. Not like it at all... So he stated well you will never know til you try and you can always do enough shows to pay off what you put into the business then in the end you have a huge jewelry box!! So I made the decision to take a leap of faith. I am a self motivator 80% of the time, but will lean on my jewelry family for the other 20%. I am looking forward to the challenges and rewards of starting my own company.

Saturday February 6th I ran in my first 5k!!! It was the Predators Fangtastic. I ran 3.2 miles in 40:36. I plan on entering into these more often. I just hope to beat 40 minutes!!

Friday morning the snow started to pour down on us. I was so excited for the kids to see if they were finally going to see a good snow.  I couldn't show my excitement just in case the weather man didn't get it right.

 

But I have to say.... He got it right!!! My kids played outside as if it were 75 degrees out, but then again I did too. I felt like an 8 year old again. 

 

We needed another snow day today to recover from all the weekend play. Our bodies are worn out. Hope you all had a Happy Winter Wonderland!!!
