Play Time

Isaac and Cora on the first Play Date. They played well and even shared. They play so sweet together. Isaac loves to help Cora if she has trouble with something.

They LOVED playing with C.T. Cora would just laugh and laugh if C.T. licked her hand.

Growing so Fast!!

My sweet Tiff asked me last night if she could start a blog. It surprised me and I didn't know how to answer her. I started explaining to her how there were weird men out in our Cyber World who looked for little girls on the internet. I noticed she wasn't paying too much attention to me because I started to lecture her about no pictures etc... In the middle of me telling her I just didn't like the idea, she said "mom it's not about me, no pictures of me, just all about ANIMALS". I said ok let's talk about this... What is your goal of this blog??? She then in returned answered "I want to be a VET someday, so I can start my research now by studying one animal a week then writing about it on my blog".

WOW.... I just then realized how fast my Tiff is growing up. She is so mature. I am so proud of her. I just couldn't imagine my life with out her. I never could have thought that at age 16 I could be raising the best Daughter in the World. Tiff and I have been through alot but we get through it together. Love you Tiff bear... HEHEHE

Halloween 2009

We had a great time during this years Halloween season. We dressed up for some Trick or Treating.
Tiffani was a Polar Princess. Isaac was a cute monkey.
We watched our neighbors grow this 450 lb pumpkin. (congrats to them)
We also did a few arts and crafts. This one Isaac made 18 of them and we sent them out to family for a Happy Halloweenie card. We also made pumpkins into bats. We are now ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Tis the Season!!!

First Dentist Visit

On October 15th Isaac had his first visit to the Dentist, Dr. Larry LaFever. Beth was his Hygienist and told us she's never had a 2 year that let her polish all their teeth.
After all that work he was pooped. He took a nap while sis sis got her teeth cleaned.

Tiffani's Slumber Party...

Tiffani had a slumber party on Friday night for her 11th Birthday. She loves dogs so we had a dog theme.

This was her very own private cake. She had a fit over it at the store so mom had to surprise her with it.
All Tiffani's Bffs. They had a little girl drama... But they ended up having a great time.

Like father like daughter

I started noticing Marisa (aka Roo Roo) hasn't made it onto the blog as much as the rest of us. She only comes on the weekends, but has recently told us she has friends at her Mom's house and would like to only come every other weekend.

I wanted to put up a picture of her to brag and show her off as well. She is a very smart girl who is home schooled by her Mom. She is very WITTY just like her father. She is absolutely the sweetest, non talking back, follows MOST directions we give her. I'm so glad to be her second Mom and friend!! ( I don't like the word step mom )
Our relationship has had it's ups and downs, but now she feels more comfortable coming to me instead of Michael on certain things. YAY!!!

Big Bang

A few of us girls went downtown to the Big Bang for a Ladies Night out. Kari was in from Ohio and we even got Sarah out with us again. The Big Bang is a place where you can sit and sing a long or stand up and rock out. All in All a great time.

Arrington Vinyard

Saturday night we had a group of nine people head down to Arrington Vineyard for a relaxing night. It is very nice out there. You can take a blanket to have a picnic in the grass. You can grab a picnic table to sit around. There was a live Quartet you can sit around and listen to or get up and do a little dance. All in all very relaxing and enjoyable night.

This was there wine tasting room. We got to sample four different types of wine (our pick).

Little Man's Birthday Party

Make a wish!!!!

We had a Thomas the Train Party. Isaac had a lot of fun seeing his friends and family.
He had a big time opening gifts too. He loved the streamers in Amy and Keith's gift.
He even had a little bit of candy ( thanks to Pop ), but it was all cleaned up quickly.
By time we got finished with everything Little Man was ready for nap time.
Thank you bunches to all who came and for Isaac's gifts. He had so much fun playing with all his new toys. He is at a perfect age. I wish time would just stand still from now on.

Happy Birthday Little Man

Well I turned two today!!! I had a lot of fun. I went shopping with Mommy and went to get all my Thomas the Train Party stuff. I ate pizza, cake, and opened my presents from Mommy and Daddy. I can't wait for my Party on Sunday. Mommy will post more pics soon of my Party!!!! Thank you everyone for my Birthday Wishes!!!

Artist in the Making

This is Tiff's 3rd year with artwork in the Wilson County Fair. Her art is the one of the stamp with a Tennessee Walking Horse on it. This stamp went to the Mt. Juliet Post Office now it's at the fair. She is my artist in the making. She is awesome!!! Only a few selected art works were able to be on show case at the fair. These are pictures of all the school work from her school. WA Wright Elementary!!!

Wilson County Fair

This is a chicken. REALLY!!!! Looks like a hair ball, but it won best in show.
The cows being lazy. There was some fighting and kicking but I liked these lazy ones!!!

I thought this was really neat. It is a horse made out of 1,070 horseshoes. It is in the Guinness World Records.
I could not be serious. Michael seems to be doing a good job though!!!

It's all in Bloom!!!

I love all the flowers in bloom right now. These are so pretty, but I dont know what they are called. These are planted under my patio.
These are the wild flowers we planted from seeds we got at Paulette's funeral.
This is a flower from bushes my neighbor planted, but its on our property line so I can enjoy them too!!
Our random little flower bloomed on my ground cover, thrift is what I think its called. It had already bloomed this year, but this little one showed up yesterday.
My Lavender smells so good right after the rain fall. Soon they will all be gone.
